Lahash
International is proud to sponsor a weekend of art focusing
on the continent of Africa. We will be honoring Africa's
beauty and cultural history, engaging in solidarity with
the pain of the present moment, and looking forward in
hope to the future.

allow artists to connect with the situation in Africa

feelings through art

connect people that care about Africa in one local movement

honor the people and artists of Africa

allow the artwork of artists across Africa to be shown
locally in Portland

Criteria
for Artwork:
- A
variety of mediums: Photography, mixed media, spoken
word, film, paintings, poetry, music, sculpture, animation,
and more!
- All
artwork is to be created in Black and White or shades
of gray.
