Black & White is a weekend art exhibit in Portland, Oregon featuring art from Africa and inspired by Africa. It will focus on the following three topics:

• The beauty and culture of Africa
• The grief and devastation caused by AIDS and war
• Hope

The gallery is open to the public, and is free.

Artists are welcome to submit artwork into the exhibit. All artwork needs to be in Black and White or gray. We are accepting the following:

• Paintings
• Poetry
• Music
• Spoken Word
• Photographs
• Mixed Media
• Collages
• Digital Design

Art needs to be turned into the Lahash office by Sunday, October 15. Please email art@lahash.net if you have specific questions about your artwork.
